My references to low and high trust was to the fact that you get certificates which are only authenticated by emailing the purported owner, mixed in with ones that require certified copies of incorporation documents to be provided first.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
