Hello. I have trouble accessing lynx.isc.org (403 Forbidden) and most everyone else doesn't, and I don't know if it's to do with my ISP or not, as page requests from another location of the same ISP are successful. OTOH, www.isc.org is accessible.
I've attached the LY-TRACE.LOG file (with personally identifiable information edited out). -Mart.
