The w3c validator says this file is valid html.
The validator validates HTML, not URLs. A lot of the major browsers
make a best effort to handle broken URLs, e.g. they convert spaces,
rather than ignoring them (although the latter would be more in line
with the reason for their not being part of URLs).

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
