a) sure it's "nongnu", but off/on there's been comments that projects
   that are not-GPL3 aren't as appreciated as those which are.
   
   I don't recall if this came up for discussion for lynx or vile.

b) Savannah (recalling incidents) has its own problems with break-ins
   and downtime.

Noting that we're not actually discussing whether lynx.isc.org is itself
down (rather the discussion was prompted by a user who was having problems).
