My question is more general, how does lynx work with newer file formats such as xml, PDF, and files intended for BYOD such as Kindle?
If I remember correctly, PDF is older than HTML. At worst, it is only a couple of years newer than the early versions of HTML.
I believe Lynx can parse XHTML, which is a use of XML. Generally though, XML can't be read as much more than a tree structure without s specific application, as it is a low level building block for application specific file formats.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam, that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work. _______________________________________________ Lynx-dev mailing list [email protected] https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lynx-dev
