This is not an absolute URI in the Location response header,
which is illegal. Tell the CENELEC to fix their webserver.
It’s really a pity if even that body doesn’t honour standards…
Unfortunately, the people employed to do web sites for such
organisations are unlikely to have any engineering background. Your best
hope is to reach someone above the the "commercial" side of the management.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
