[Lynx-dev] Reporting Security Bugs

Although the bug I'm thinking of is not one I've encountered, I can't 
find anything on the web about how to report security vulnerabilities, 
e.g. possible buffer overruns, in Lynx.  Am I missing something.  If so, 
some search engine optimisation may be called for.

Most open source projects prefer such issues to be reported confidentially.
