I'm not sure of what you mean with "downmarket ISP". Sure is that my ISP
is not common. I'm in italy, the ISP is Vodafone. I've check the link
with the smartphone, which as another italian ISP, and it doesn't
resolve the address too.

By downmarket, I mean commonly used by the general public and therefore likely to have a lot of hackers and spammers.
