[Lynx-dev] Getting the "Forbidden" error message

Hi, via google, acknowledge this has been going on for years, and it's 
happening to me increasingly.

I'm using LYNX 2.87, which apart from from the above, works fine.
Please tell me what to do to correct this, and thanks.
