Hello.

I think it is not a good idea that some .tbl files replace non-alphabetic 
letters
by alphabetic letters. It confuses screen readers and text filters.
A prominent example is x2022 in Unicode which is currently rendered as " o " in
7bit or ISO latin. I would like to suggest
* in def7_uni.tbl and
0xB7 in iso01.tbl iso03.tbl iso05.tbl iso06.tbl iso07.tbl iso09.tbl iso10.tbl 
iso13.tbl iso15.tbl
(The missing iso tables have no "MIDDLE DOT" at position 0xB7.)
