[Lynx-dev] Underline among other things doesn't work in lss file

Hi lynx-dev,

    Underline's don't work from lss, among other settings. Here's the output of 
lynx --version:

        Lynx Version 2.9.0dev.10 (11 Aug 2021)
        libwww-FM 2.14, SSL-MM 1.4.1, OpenSSL 1.1.1q, ncurses 6.3.20211021
        Built on darwin21.6.0 (Aug  2 2022 09:37:15).

    TERM is set to xterm-256color. Not sure if there is a more advanced 
terminfo that I should use instead of xterm-256color.
