I have a different question about these solutions.
My lynx access is tied to shell services, three of them in fact.
What results is that, say at shellworld, because the IP address used by
the owner has flags some google alternatives like search.aol.com will not
work here.
They do work in other places with lynx, so I know it is not a lynx issue.
Same sometimes for duckduckgo.
If I create an alias, something I have never done, can it be flexible
enough to incorporate a different IP address?
If not,I may try it at the location where the ip address differs from
shellworld.
