Currently, I see only Doug Kaufman's version listed on https://lynx.invisible-island.net/lynx2.9.3/index.html , which hasn't worked with TLS in at least a decade. FWIW, years ago, I twice asked Juan Manuel Guerrero of DJGPP if he would consider reviving his port, but he never replied. A shame, it is a stable, fast port that still works and lends great usage to my retro PC which once helped me win a bet. (Oh yeah? Well, I'll bet you twenty bucks I can boot this ancient PC here and retrieve the weather report before you can do the same on yours!) I'm not sure many people have the skills nor interest to look into DJGPP.
