Quoth Thomas Dickey, 'def7_uni.tbl is used for 7-bit
approximations.  It's not the same as iso-8859-15 (or iso-8859-1).'
        I guessed that, but speculated lynx used it for other
character sets that lack characters lynx renders: why reinvent the
wheel?  Whence does lynx get renditions for characters not in a
character set?  mdash isn't in iso-8859-* but lynx renders it as -- ;
neither is trademark (™), which lynx renders as (TM).

        I've also changed the mdash entry in SevenBitApproximations[]
in LYCharSets.c (Why have it in 2 places?)
        The same happens for trademark: I change it from (TM) every
place it appears to trdoff but it still gets rendered as (TM).
