there is a conflict between the long-standing definition in userdefs.h
#define LYNXCGI_LINKS
and the new switch in configure
--enable-cgi-links
w/o the latter, i could not get 2-8-3dev.14 to find a lynxcgi script,
but with both i encountered a series of compiler warnings re redefinition.
does this mean the former is obsolete? moreover, lynx_cfg.h defines
#define LYNXCGI_LINKS 1
which is not the same as the definition in userdefs.h .
another piece of ancient plumbing in need of maintenance?
