lynx-dev lynx bug (?)

I'm using lynx 2.8.2 (on debian slink)and have a problem : I can't use
it because when I enter an URL, lynx gets the "http:/" string off. So,
"it" doesn't find "/www.....".
 I didn't find this poroblem amongst the FAQ and I already had it with
the version 2.8.1
