That's broken html on the page: <FORM name=mfrmaction="/cgi-bin/query" method=get>
There should be space before 'action'.

There is no specification saying what should browser do with bad html, so
every browser behaves differently.

It seems that Lynx contains artifical intelligence if it can parse such
buggy pages :-)
