You appear to be in the USA.  It is illegal to use openssl configured this
way in the USA - you are in breach of a patent.  You *must* replace
the RSA code with that from some version of RSAREF.  NB there is a 
CERT (security) advisory out on RSAREF V2.

Otherwise, it looks like your problem is purely with openssl, not with
Lynx.
