When they go on, it's fine.

Not to confuse.  The "stalling with the download complete message" happens
in my case with any type of file, if large enough, when I D)ownload it,
by ftp:// or http://, whether *.txt, *.pdf or *.html, makes no difference.
It does not happen all the time.
