  If the document is expired according to pragma or Expires: http field.

  Enable source cache. Go to www.yandex.ru (search engine).  Press '\' - new
page will be fetched. Press '\' again - new page will be fetched again. I
assume most commercial sites are good testsuit for it.

  But content most probably will be changed on next reload (at least banners 
and probably 'visitors' and probably more useful info).

 Klaus, as I said in other message - most probably there won't be any
