Yes I agreed.  But please note that;

- as I said already, to know how to do and/or to understand 
the reason why to do so, it is necessary that lynx can display
documents to a user (let assume he can not understand English) 
with his native language.

- in these days, you know, free PC-UNIX (is this right word?) 
like Linux or *BSD becomes very popular (in Japan) so users 
who do not want to set up config files by themselves are increasing.
