not exactly - there were several platform-specific directories under
WWW/Library which are all merged into Implementation. His problem is
that he doesn't have 'ar' in his path (which is surprising if he's got
a compiler - looks like he's using GNU make, so perhaps it's also
using gcc and doesn't know to get the other utilities.
