Yes, that _is_ unclear; I meant, whatever lynx currently treats as
original message, by including it prefixed with '>', when sending mail.
Which may be an original _message_ when replying to archived lynx-dev
messages, for example, and somthing else entirely in other cases.

I've put my first attempt to do this with 'just shell' here:
   <http://www.enteract.com/~kweide/lynx/mailto-bash-lcgi.tar.gz>
README is included.  You'll probably need bash (adjust first lines), and
it's very slow, but enough to send a moo moo message for demo purposes.
