lynx-dev 2.8.4dev.18 - LYscr pad not resized after a screen size change

Took a lot of time to debug this.  Since LYscr remains a "small pad"
after you resize the screen, what Lynx produces is mostly garbage.  (I
think it writes after the end of the pad buffer, though I may be wrong.)
