What did you download, source code, or an executable? Where did you get
it (so I can better answer how to use it)? What type of OS do you want
to use it on?
My assumption is that you have the Win32 zip file, which contains a Lynx
executable that I compiled. There is a readme file in there with some
explanations on what to do. But, if you got it somewhere else, then you
may need other instructions.
