first, try to write more briefly & check for typos:
we're all volunteers & don't have time to waste.
second, try some URLs you know should be accessible,
eg www.yahoo.com/ www.ft.com/ www.thestar.ca/ www.economist.com/ .
if you can't get any of them, your set-up is the problem.

third, if you believe you may have lost some files,
download the whole package again & re-install.
