Sorry, I don't know a thing about OS/2. On Unix, it is a snap:
1) Get the latest sources for SLang:
ftp://space.mit.edu/pub/davis/slang/v1.4/slang-1.4.4.tar.bz2
2) Open the distribution, and do "./configure; make install." (Later, if
you like it you can learn about the features.)
3) Set CPPFLAGS (to includes directory) and LIBS (to library directory)
if the install location is not standard. Run the Lynx configure script
with the "--with-screen=slang" option.
