Not for me, but I only tested it with 2.8.5dev.4 and
2.8.5dev.7. As Thomas pointed out, it works if you access it
through the jumps page, like any bookmark.

becomes
file://localhost/home/pervalidus/.lynx/jumps.html
Well, too bad Links doesn't accept file://localhost/ and ~
like Lynx. Time to see w3m's behavior.
