lynx-dev I forgot: how to add an "append" choice to print-menu?

I knew how to do this, once, and also thought
I had it in my own doc -- but cannot find, gone.

I want to add an "append to file" choice
to that print-menu.

Can someone give me a "cookbook" solution?
