Another new patch:

* Farther optimization in HTAnchor.c - save 3 mallocs per HTChildAnchor
  by using new HTList_ functions: HTList_linkObject(), HTList_unlinkObject(),
  HTList_unlinkLastObject() which utilize external memory, no malloc/free.
