If you want to make a binary that is distributable without the
terminfo files, you should be able to compile ncurses with the cygwin
terminfo data built in. I think this would involve configuring ncurses
with "--with-fallbacks=cygwin" and possibly with "--disable-database".
I haven't done this. Perhaps Tom could comment.
