The machine that I've used occasionally for test-compiling K&R code with
lynx can no longer handle it (apparently too large).  It dies in SGML.c
saying "too much pushback", and then blows up saying it is out of diskspace.

As I mentioned, for 2.8.6 I intend removing all of the K&R compatbility
macros (PARAMS, ARGSx, etc), and indenting it mechanically to reduce the
associated maintenance effort.

( Since none of the other browsers could build on that sort of platform, this
is not a big issue ;-)
