This is possibly the last prerelease before 1.0.0, so we'd like people
to try this out. Still be careful, there might be hidden unknown bugs.
Users: please try out the new functions, reLyX etc. and report
misbehaviour and bugs.
Developers: please chekout all your subsystems, installing and
creation of binary distributions.
There are a couple of things pending before a 1.0.0 can be released:
- update to the linux-doc code
- some changes to make LyX compile and function easily on
WinNT under cygwin.
