Can we get rid of the first 3 lines in each and every commit e-mail ?
The affected branch is already reported in the subject, the extra empty
lines and the line "Log ----" don't add too much. They only "eat"
precious part of the screen space, that force you to scroll down the
message window merely to peek at what the patch is about.
