commit 79bb97b1ba94ca5f4dc24e46bcedf7f18b2bebe3
Author: Jean-Marc Lasgouttes <[email protected]>
Date: Fri Dec 4 23:26:16 2015 +0100

Detect properly when cursor position cannot be computed

Replace old ad-hoc test by a better one that inspects the coordcache to see
whether all the insets in the cursor are known.

    Fixes bug #9881.
