commit 1822d44c5825b55c3405cecd33597f81cc41e9a5
Author: Uwe Stöhr <uwesto...@lyx.org>
Date: Thu Jan 14 00:39:32 2016 +0100

add 2 Windows build scripts for LyX 2.2

    - build4-2010.bat: MSVC 2010 and Qt 4.8.7 (as backup)
    - build5-2010.bat: MSVC 2010 and Qt 5.5.1

I tested both scripts thoroughly and the resulting LyX build is stable.
Please feel free to modify them if something can be improved.
