Regenerate cmex10.ttf from cmex10.sfd at af970c20
Thanks to Enrico for doing the actual work (my fontforge omits the
TtInstrs...EndTTInstrs blocks for some reason I do not understand).
I did only check that the only difference between the old and new .ttf is
the
changed position of the bracketleftbigg glyph. This does finally fix bug
6115.
