    ctests: invert failing Spanish docs, tag unreliable examples.
    
    Babel-Spanish uses utf8-autostrings if it detects Xe/LuaTeX.
    This leads to wrong output and/or failures with
    8bit TeX-fonts and 8-bit input encoding.
