ctests: move bad-ouput Hebrew successes to ignored
A couple of exports started to succeed on recent TL (i.e., the
inverted tests started to fail), but on manual inspection the output
does not look correct. We do not want to interpret a potential
future failure of these exports as a regression, so the best action
is to ignore them.
