HELP! someone put 1.0.0 in!

In fact I don't even get in! 

I do get into bouddha.via.ecp.fr, (same machine at Ecole Centrale de Paris) 
but -- yes, no 1.0.0 directory yet. 0.10.7 and 0.12.0 are there allright.

Who handles this ftp archive?
