And we have got already the first bug report on XFree/2 list concerning
configure.cmd.

Perhaps you could put the binaries on your server and have a look into
my package. I made small modifications to reLyX.cmd and configure.cmd.

Before taking any actions we should wait, if SMiyata praises or
curses on me...;)

After that we know if to include the changes....

They often tend to be very academic: Only when cursing the bugs in Win*
they become really lyrical.

Just for info: PC Magazin (another leading one in Germany and not to be
confounded with the one from Ziff Davis) released in November a Linux
extra:

On the title you will find (bold letters, 3 cm):

"On CD: Process Your Texts with KLyX. "

The author is Martin Michlmayr. He included his email
        [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and: 4 pages of 3 columns each of documentation, introduction and tips
and tricks on LyX.

Now that the journals have been sold out, he might be willing to
contribute parts of his work or experience. Perhaps lyx.org could
contact him.

Regards,

A.H.
