Yes, sounds like a good idea. Remember, we don't think the reader is
stupid, so when reading the example_raw, he should have figured out what
to do with those note-insets.
OTOH, do you really expect someone to print out example_raw? OK,
DVI-preview is also a reason. So I'd vote yes.
