Because that is what I called it when I first created it. The name
stuck.

There are plenty of access to cvsweb to keep the load on nazgul
high...

But I still think that "Developers Only" is a nice name. Of course I
do not have the same feeling for the language, but I do not get the
meaning "Go away! you are not a developer!"
