Bug when LyXs read tex file written by gnuplot

I made a picture tex file with gnuplot on LyX 1.0.1 and Solrais 5.4.
If I set "set data style dots" in gnuplot configure, that is OK.
But if I set "set data style points", errors were occurred.
The message said "!LateX Error: Command \Diamond not provided in base
LaTex2e. I.170 ...isebox{-.8pt}{\makebox(0,0){$\Diamond$}}}".
I think this error should be patched next version. In version 1.0.2, is
it OK?
