Hi Lars,

Glad to see that you checked in the result of our hard work :)

As expected, there are problems... For now, here is what I found:

- do we need to use the -Ur flag of ld? This is not supported on
digital unix (I suspect it is a GNU ld thing).

- we could use a menu definition in lyxrc... I think in fact that menu
and toolbar definitions should be moved in their own file.

More to come when I am able to go further in compilation.
