:) obviously the bug is neither in LyX nor in LaTeX!

Try to have an look at the extra-options you inserted for column 4 and 6
it should be the same as you did for column 2 "@{}r" and not "@{}l". It
is explained that if you insert extra-options they are not WYSIWYG so it
is in the table-layout can be anything it won't be used if you use
"extra options"!
