Remember the 'lyx UserGuide.lyx --export latex' stuff?
The new version of the patch can be found under

It's sort of 'minimalistic' approach, it only contains the code that is
necessary to get the feature working. Since it does not remove anything
I am fairly sure that I did not break anything.
