If we can get 1.1.4 out the door before 24th then I want the hebrew
patch applied as a christmas gift.

So what is missing before we can release 1.1.4? 1.1.4pre1 seemed to be
pretty ok, and fixed the most serious problems with 1.1.3.  I see
iso8859-x (x!=1) as a problem but it is easy to fix the cmap files.

And I noticed that printing have some problems...or is it not reading
the docs...I did not have the PRINTER env set and added "hp2000" as
printer in the popup, and nothing happened. then I set PRINTER=hp2000
and everything worked fine.
