Hiyas!

In installing LyX at various locations the last several days, I noted
that the dependent X GUI library, xforms, has a web site that appears
to be down. Moreover I note that its age suggests that it's getting a
little, well, long in the tooth. Also getting and installing the
xforms library may present a problem to some newbies. Has there been
any discussion in replacing xforms with say, gtk+ or Qt?

I suppose the latter has already occured with the klyx source, but how
similar is the klyx source to the original lyx?

Cheers!

Mark
