It is part of the standard LyX distribution. Lyx-1.1.4fix1 is the
current stable version. I think fix2 is due out momentarily, but
hollywood and broadway have been in at least since 1.0.4. They are not
in KLyX to my knowledge.

I am not a core LyX developer, so I am copying this to the dev list to
get suggestions on how best to handle the CVS question.

Well, you got the font right--12pt Courier is mandatory, at least until
some famous script writer gets a new type-writer :)
Shooting scripts have input from the director and cameramen--it is
generally frowned upon to put such things in the spec script.
